The customer support was just awesome. One of the things I ordered was out of stock, and they picked a similar replacement for me. They called to inform me and were super helpful. I’m definitely coming back to shop here again. They have lovely items available. Service was top-notch. I didn’t feel like just another customer. Delivery was quick too. This place is awesome, with stunning furniture and fantastic customer support. I had a minor hiccup with one of the pieces I bought (totally not the owners' fault, just a delivery guy who was a bit rough), but James and Jen stepped in to handle it, truly going above and beyond. Huge thanks - I'm already smitten with my new sideboard!
